We are looking for a skilled and dependable Paver to join our team and support the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of paved surfaces in a variety of outdoor environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and understands how to create durable, level, and visually appealing surfaces using materials such as concrete pavers, stone, brick, asphalt, and related base materials. The Paver will work on projects that may include sidewalks, driveways, patios, parking areas, public walkways, courtyards, and other hardscape or transportation-related surfaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing work areas, measuring and marking layouts, excavating and grading surfaces, compacting sub-bases, setting edge restraints, placing paving materials, and ensuring proper alignment, spacing, drainage, and finish quality. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to use both hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively. A strong understanding of site preparation and surface finishing is essential, as the long-term performance of paved areas depends heavily on proper installation techniques. In this role, you will collaborate with supervisors, equipment operators, laborers, and other construction professionals to complete projects on time and according to specifications. You may be asked to interpret drawings, follow project plans, and adapt to changing site conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communicates clearly, and is committed to producing reliable results in outdoor and physically demanding conditions. A Paver must also be aware of environmental and weather-related factors that affect installation quality, including moisture, temperature, slope, and soil stability. You should be comfortable working in different seasons and on active job sites where safety procedures, protective equipment, and coordination with others are essential. Experience with repairs, resurfacing, joint filling, sealing, and finishing techniques is highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and motivated professional who wants to contribute to visible, lasting construction work. If you have experience in paving, hardscaping, roadwork, or general site construction and are ready to deliver high-quality results with consistency and care, we encourage you to apply.
